Punjab assembly prorogued

The 11th Session of the 14th Punjab Legislative Assembly was today prorogued, officials said.

The assembly, which was adjourned sine-die at the conclusion of its sitting on September 24, was today prorogued on the order of Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki, a spokesman said here.
