R C Sobti appointed VC of DAV University

A decision in this regard was taken at the meeting of DAV College Managing Committee here.

A statement by the university said a committee comprising of five former Vice-Chancellors has been constituted for guiding in chalking out curriculum and syllabus.

Sobti is a former Vice-Chancellor of Punjab University.
