In Punjab, the minimum temperature in Amritsar settled at 8.9 degrees Celsius, up four notches against normal limit.
Ludhiana (9.9 C), Patiala (9.6 C), Pathankot (8.8 C), Adampur (8.2 C), Halwara (10.7 C), Bathinda (9.8 C), Faridkot (9.5 C) and Gurdaspur (7.5 C) also registered minimum temperature, which settled close to normal limits.
