A Rajasthan Administrative officer who was booked for allegedly raping a 30-year-old woman on pretext of getting her a job, today said he would initiate legal action against the complainant for leveling false allegations and hatching a conspiracy against him.

"The rape case against me was lodged at the behest of one Narendra Jat against whom I lodged an FIR for deterring me from discharge of my duty as SDO in Hindaun (Karauli) in January last year. Jat was putting pressure on me to withdraw the case and now he used the woman as a tool against me," the officer Kamruddin, told reporters here today.

I haven't met this lady ever. I will come out clean in the case and will take legal action against them for falsely implicating me, he said.

An FIR was lodged with Kardhani police station agaisnt two persons yesterday following a local court's directives.

The complainant had alleged that she came into contact with a person named Yogendra some time back who promised to get her a government job and later raped.

He then introduced her to the RAS officer Kamruddin who also raped her, the woman alleged.
