Rajasthan government is likely to miss this year's revenue target, even as the state has initiated a one-month special campaign to boost collection, an official said.
The Excise Department is still 10-15 per cent short of the target this year, district Excise Officer Shiv Singh said.
He added that a campaign has been initiated from December 1-31 to boost revenues and meet the target by March.
Rajasthan High Court's order restricting opening of wine shops within 100 meters of National Highways, closure of mines and crop loss due to hailstorms have adversely affected revenue generation this year, he added.
