Rama Navami festival celebrated

People turned up in large numbers at various shrines to offer worship to Lord Ram and His consort Sita on the occasion of celebration of Sri Rama Navami festival, the birthday of Lord Ram today.

Special poojas were performed at the temples.

People also celebrated the festival at their homes by performing special poojas.
