'Remove illegally constructed structure at Kousarnag'

An organisation of displaced Kashmiri Pandits today requested Jammu and Kashmir Governor N N Vohra to order removal of illegally constructed structure at sacred Kousarnag lake so that the sanctity of the Hindu place of worship was maintained.

Kounsar Nag Yatra Prabandhak Samiti (KYPS) Convener Swami Kumar met Vohra and presented him a memorandum in this regard.

The Governor was also urged to ensure presence of para-military forces at Kounsar Nag.
