Reacting strongly against the allegation made by an American Internet security firm Mandiant Corp, China today said they themselves are victim of such crimes. Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei while responding to the report said he doubted the evidence would withstand scrutiny. "To make groundless accusations based on some rough material is neither responsible nor professional," he said. China which has frequently been accused of hacking says it strictly outlaws the practice.
