Rich tributes paid to Narasimha Rao

The Jharkhand PCC today paid glowing tributes to P V Narasimha Rao on his 93rd birth anniversary, recalling his political acumen and as the initiator of reforms.

Garlanding his portrait at Congress Bhavan here, the leaders said the country had experienced all round development during his five-year tenure, a PCC release said here.

Under Rao's leadership reforms were introduced and he provided a stable government, it added.
