The 10-year-old's new body art was spotted when he headed out with his mother Victoria, his brothers and baby sister Harper Seven for a Halloween shopping trip in Santa Monica, reported Daily Mail online.
Ever the fashionable member of the Beckham boys, Romeo stepped out in maroon trousers with a white T-shirt and trainers.
