Rose McGowan files for divorce

Actress Rose McGowan has filed for divorce nearly three years after marrying Davey Detail.

The 42-year-old "Charmed" actress cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for them parting ways, reported E! online.

The court documents have McGowan requesting the judge to reject any requests for spousal support from Detail. She also listed their separation date as May 1, 2015- meaning they were together for one year and a half since separating.

According to her the two have appeared to divide their assets outside of court.

McGowan and Detail tied the knot outdoors at the Paramour Mansion in front of close family and friends.
