Police today arrested two men and recovered stolen gold ornaments worth Rs 14 lakh from their possession.
A motor-cycle was also recovered from the duo -- Seerapu Krishna Kanth (23) and Lakkoju Shivakumar (23), said Deputy Superintendent of Police (Crime), Kakinada, A Pallapuraju.
Stolen gold ornaments, weighing 463.51 grams, worth Rs 14 lakh were recovered from them, the officer said.
The duo was involved in several thefts and chain snatching cases at various places here, the DSP claimed.
