RSS pracharak Omprakash dead

Senior pracharak of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Omprakash died on Sunday morning at the King George's Medical University here.

He was 92.

Omprakash was undergoing treatment at the hospital for some time. His body was handed over to the KGMU as he had pledged to donate his body.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath visited the Bharti Bhawan here to pay his tributes, a statement issued by the UP government said.

UP BJP chief Swatantradev Singh and general secretary (organisation) Sunil Bansal expressed grief over his demise.
