SCCL production stands at 4.4 million tonnes last month

The state-owned Singareni Collieries Company Limited (SCCL) today said coal production stood at 4.4 million tonnes during last month as against 3.8 million tonnes in July last year.

According to a statement issued by the miner, the coal dispatches during last month stood at 4.6 million tonnes against nearly four million tonnes in the same month in FY 17.

SCCL chairman and managing director N Sridhar while appreciating the officials concerned for the achievement said they must focus on the set target of 66 million for the current financial year.
