Scribe killed in Indore

A journalist working in an evening newspaper was today killed allegedly by unidentified persons, police said.

Shyam Sharma (38) was attacked with sharp-edged weapons by the unidentified persons and his body was found in a car in Kshipra police station area here, an official said.

Sharma was working in an evening newspaper, the officer said, adding the motive behind the killing was not yet clear.

A probe is underway, he added.
