It was on the call of the Jana Sena chief that TDP and YSR served notices for moving a no-confidence motion in the Lok Sabha against the on the special category status issue.

"But the BJP government failed in conducting the Lok Sabha in an orderly fashion so that the motion could be taken up for discussion," the leaders said.

"This is a conspiracy against the people (of Andhra Pradesh).It's a blow to democracy as well," the leaders noted.

Instead of upping the ante on the Centre, the TDP and the YSRC were indulging in a mutual slanging match and harming the interests of the state, they lashed out.

After the foot march on the 6th, meetings would be organised by Jana Sena and the Left in Anantapuramu, Ongole and Vizianagaram with intellectuals on the SCS issue, they said.
