Seven pilgrims killed in road mishap

The accident took place when the pilgrims were returning from Urs at Chimircha village, they said, adding that the deceased were Gulam Hasnain (28), Kohinoor (23), Kaiser (22), Afroz (28), Tasneem (24) and Farid (28).

Another victim, identified as Wasim (25), was referred to Allahabad for treatment and shortly succumbed to his injuries.

The condition of three among the injured is stated to be serious, they added.
