Six get life term in double murder case

A local court today sentenced six persons to life imprisonment for murdering a woman and her relative during a gang war four years ago.

Additional Sessions Judge (Ambala) R C Dimri awarded life sentence to Nishan Singh, his brother Rantej Singh, Gulshan Sonu, Banti Kaushal, Vikas Manchanda and Ankush.

According to the prosecution, Ritu and her relative Ramesh were shot dead here.
