Solar Industries reappoints Satyanarayan Nuwal as Chairman

Solar Industries India today said its board of directors has reappointed Satyanarayan Nuwal as Chairman and Executive Director for five years.

"The Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Satyanarayan Nuwal for a period of five years starting from April 1, 2016 and ending on March 31, 2021, as the Chairman and Executive Director of the company," it said in a regulatory filing.

Besides, the board has reappointed Kailashchandra Nuwal as Vice Chairman and Executive Director for five years.

It also approved appointment of Manish Nuwal as Managing Director for the same period. He also holds the position of the chief executive officer of the company.
