The senior girls from St Anthony's overcame Bandra YMCA girls, as they clinched the city leg of NBA JAM 3-on-3 basketball tournament today.
St Anthony's Larissa Fernandes, along with Ankita Negi, Sharadda Shah, and Shagun Wazir, showed good defence work to push their opponents on the back foot and won the game 7-4.
KC All Stars won the senior boys' title after defeating AC Patil Iron Warriors 13-8.
The boys and girls winners of the Mumbai leg would take part in the national finals to be held tomorrow along with the winners from Hyderabad, Bangalore and Delhi.
The national winners will have a chance to play 3-on-3 against the visiting NBA legends --Horace Grant, Ron Harper and Peja Stojakovic.
