Stanley Tucci joins horror film 'The Silence'

Stanley Tucci is set to star in John Leonetti's horror movie "The Silence", based on Tim Lebbon's novel of the same name.

The 56-year-old star will join "Mad Men" actress Kiernan Shipka in the movie, reported Deadline.

The film follows the terrifying tale of Ally, a deaf teenager, and her family whose world is turned upside down by a deadly and primeval force.

It will be produced by Robert Kulzer, Alexandra Milchan and Scott Lambert with Constantin CEO Martin Moszkowicz.
