The team of 'Star Trek' is returning for another voyage with the producers announcing the fourth movie in the series, which will mark Chris Hemsworth's return to the franchise.
In the next part of the epic space adventure, Chris Pine's Captain Kirk will cross paths with a man he never had a chance to meet, but whose legacy has haunted him since the day he was born: his father, said an annoucement from Paramount Pictures, Skydance and Bad Robot.
Hemsworth, who appeared in 2009's "Star Trek", will return to the space saga as George Kirk to star alongside Pine. The remaining cast is expected to return.

"Star Trek", the first film in the rebooted franchise based on the Star Trek world created by Gene Roddenberry, earned more than USD 380 million worldwide in 2009.
The second movie, "Star Trek Into Darkness", earned more than USD 460 million worldwide when it opened in May 2013.
The third film in the series, "Star Trek Beyond", directed by Justin Lin, opens in theaters on July 22, 2016.
