Student of class 8 commits suicide

A student of class 8 today committed suicide by jumping off the terrace of his school at Baguihati in North 24-Parganas district

Abhijit Basak was declared dead after being taken to a private hospital, the police said.

"We are investigating the case and are probing all angles," a senior police official of Bidhanagar police commisionarate said.
