Public sector lender Syndicate Bank has raised Rs 750 crore by issuing bonds.
"The bank has issued unsecured redeemable non-convertible Basel III Compliant 10 year Tier II Bonds in the nature of debentures (bonds) for inclusion in Tier II Capital aggregating to Rs 750 crore", it said in a BSE filing.
The issue is fully subscribed, the bank added.
Syndicate Bank shares closed at Rs 87.60 apiece on BSE, up 0.75 per cent from previous close.
