Logistics firm Transport Corporation of India (TCI) today announced the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Bangladesh.
"Company have successfully incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary by the name, 'TCI Bangladesh Limited' in Bangladesh," the company said in a filing to BSE.
TCI is a leading end-to-end integrated supply chain and logistics solutions provider and a pioneer in the sphere of cargo transportation in India.
TCI Group has network of over 1,400 company-owned offices, a huge fleet of customised vehicles and managed warehouse space of 10.5 million sq ft. It employs 5,000 people.
