Teen rape: Eight accused sent to two-week judicial custody

A huge crowd booed when they were brought before the first class magistrate court at North Paravoor. Police had a tough time controlling the crowd.

All the accused have reportedly admitted to the crime.

Police are on the lookout for two more persons, believed to be junior artists, who allegedly raped the 17-year-old girl at a film location at nearby Thevara, after luring her with the promise of providing her role in films.
