Telugu actor Manchu Manoj hurt in road mishap

Telugu film actor Manchu Manoj and two others suffered minor injuries in a road mishap involving their SUV here, police said.

The incident occurred at around 8.30 pm between Narsingi and Rajendranagar crossroads, when the SUV driven by the actor's driver knocked down a buffalo before running over it and overturned, Rajendranagar station police inspector Ch Kushalkar told PTI.

"The actor, his bodyguard and the driver suffered minor injuries in the incident and were rushed to a hospital," he said.

Manoj was on his way to city international airport, sources said.
