Three arrested with illegal fire-arms in UP

Three persons were today arrested here by the Special Task Force of Uttar Pradesh police in Varanasi, and illegal fire-arms were seized from their possession, an official spokesperson said here.

Based on a tip-off, Abhishek Maheshwari, Piyush Kumar, and Anil Kumar Sahni were arrested from Rohania area this afternoon, he said.

The spokesperson said that illegal fire-arms were seized from their possession.
