Three dead, one injured in accident

Three persons died and a woman sustained critical injury in a road mishap today on National Highway-18 under Baisinga police station area in Odisha's Mayurbhanj district.

The incident took place near Hatrijhuri village when a Baripada bound car turned turtle. While two persons died on the spot, another succumbed to his injuries at the district headquarter hospital in Balasore, said Baisinga police station Officer In-charge Rama Kanta Muduli.

The injured woman was shifted to SCB Medical College Hospital in Cuttack, Muduli said adding the police had been investigating into the cause of accident.
