Three persons were killed when the vehicle in which they were travelling was hit by a train at an unmanned level crossing in Assam's Kamrup district today, official sources said.
The speeding down Saraighat Express hit the vehicle at an unmanned level crossing at Shichapit in Boko area of the district.
The deceased have been identified as Ainal Ali, Channa Ali and Khaibur Ali and their bodies have been sent for postmortem, the sources added.
