Three youths arrested for selling arms in Kanpur

Acting on a tip-off, police apprehended Pushpendra, a polytechnic diploma holder, Kaushal Pratap, MA student and Amit Dixit, a graduate, and recovered three pistols, one revolver and some unused cartridges from them, SSP Yashawi Yadav said.

The pistol and revolvers recovered from the accused are factory-made, police said.

The accused are being interrogated to get more information regarding their other gang members and customers, Yadav said.
