TN CM Panneerselvam condoles death of Barnala
: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister O Panneerselvam today condoled the death of former state Governor Surjit Singh Barnala.
"Barnala holds a special place in the minds of the people of Tamil Nadu, having served as Governor in 1990-91 and from 2004-2011."
In his demise,India has lost an experienced administrator and public figure. On behalf of the Government of Tamil Nadu, I convey my heartfelt condolences to the family of Thiru Surjit Singh Barnala," the Chief Minister said in a condolence message.
