Tom Hanks adopts friend Alec Baldwin's sugar-free diet

Baldwin's new wife Hilaria is a yoga teacher and fitness expert and she changed the actor's look by insisting he give up white sugar, and now Hanks is hoping that the simple weight-loss plan works for him as well, reported Contactmusic.

"I ran into Alec Baldwin, who looks fabulous, and said, 'Dude, your health is so fantastic'. And he said 'Yeah. White sugar. I'm staying away from white sugar as much as I can'," Hanks said.

"You get into your mid-50s and you find out you have high blood sugar," he added.
