Reality TV star Tori Spelling, who was hospitalised for bronchitis and pneumonia, was photographed for the first time in LA since leaving the hospital.

Wearing jeans and a floral top, Spelling, 41, looked healthy as she made her way into an office building, reported Us magazine.

Despite rumours of husband Dean McDermott's affair with other females, the 'Chopped Canada' host was by Spelling's side while she was in the hospital.
