Adivasi Chatra Ekta (ACE), a students organization of tribals here, today demonstrated in front of the office of the Adityapur Industrial Area Development Authority (AIADA) in Adityapur, near here, in adjoining Seraikela-Kharswan district in support of their demands including direct employment for ITI diploma holders.
ACE activists led by Josai Mardi, Chief Convenor of ACE, and Navin Murmu, Convenor of Kolhan, demonstrated in front of the AIADA demanding that AIADA should assist the son of the soils (tribals) to establish their factory.
The demands also included direct employment to tribal ITI diploma passouts in AIADA, establishment of school and college and hospital and adequate compensation and direct employment to those families, who had parted their land for setting up of Industries.
Mardi said tribals were not opposed to Industrial development in the state as Industries triggers allround development including economic development of any state.
