Media firm TV Today Network today reported 27.61% increase in standalone net profit at Rs 26.34 crore in the third quarter ended December 31, 2014.
The company had posted a net profit of Rs 20.64 crore in the same period last fiscal, TV Today said in a filing to the BSE.
Net sales during the quarter under review stood at Rs 131.15 crore as compared to Rs 110.94 crore in the year-ago period.
Television broadcasting revenue in the third quarter was at Rs 127.72 crore as against Rs 107.05 crore in the corresponding period last fiscal.
Revenue from radio broadcasting was at Rs 3.99 crore as against Rs 4.36 crore in the same quarter last fiscal, the filing said.
Shares of TV Today Network ended at Rs 222.30, up 2.02% from previous close on BSE.
