The Jaipur district administration has arranged for colour TVs, radio sets and projectors for live presentation of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's speech on Teachers' Day tomorrow.
"The arrangements have been made in all the 3,549 government schools so that nearly four lakh students can see or listen to the PM's speech tomorrow.
"2,814 colour TV sets, 1,220 radio sets with speakers and 155 projectors have been arranged," Jaipur Collector Krishna Kunal told reporters here today.
"We have also requested the private schools to show the PM's speech live to their students," he added.
At places where the students' strength is more than 50, there would be a colour TV with more than 20 inch screen with loudspeaker system. In schools where the strength is less than 50 students, radio sets will be installed.
The collector said places where there are large number of students studying, more than one TV set will be used to show the speech live.
Modi will be interacting with students tomorrow afternoon and schools across the country have been asked to "assemble" students to watch the event which will be streamed live.
