Two children killed as heap of mud brick caves in

Two children died and another was injured when a heap of mud brick caved in at a village in Odisha's Balasore district today.

The mishap took place at Kathasunguda village under Remuna police station when two children Sankar Bindhani(8) and Siba Bindhani (9) were playing near the brick firm, police said

Seriously injured Deba Bindhani (6) was admitted to the district headquarter hospital here.

Police said family members of the victims were engaged in the brick firm while the incident happened. They are from neighbouring Mayurbhanj district.
