Two drown in Saryu river

Two cousins drowned while

taking a dip in Saryu river on the occasion of Kartik Purnima in Nanpara area, police said here today.

Pawan Kumar (25) and Krishna Kumar (24) drowned when they slipped into deep water while taking bath at Takia ghat yesterday, it said.

Police said their bodies have been fished out.
