Two killed, 5 injured in road mishap

Two persons were killed and five others suffered injuries today when the vehicle they were travelling in collided with a van in Utraula area here.

The accident took place near Bithuiya village on the Gonda-Utraula road, police said, adding that Om Prakash (23) and Ravindra (25) died on the spot.

The injured were admitted to a nearby hospital and the jeep driver has been arrested, they said.
