Two persons were killed and seven others injured in a clash over an uprooted tree at Banhara village in Sikandarpur area here today, police said.
Nirmal Rai (55) and Rajesh Rai (65) were killed in firing while seven others were injured in the clash between two groups staking claim over a tree that was uprooted here due to storm, they said.
The injured have been rushed to a hospital and investigation is underway, police said, adding no arrests have been made so far.
