Two labourers electrocuted at steel plant

The incident took place when the labourers were working under a contractor this morning.

"It could be due to a short circuit," police said, adding that the injured were hospitalised.

The factory's boiler department officer H S Mohanty said the reasons leading to the incident would be investigated.

The deceased hailed from Sundergarh district and belonged to a tribal community, factory sources said.
