Two lynched to death in WB

Two persons have been

lynched to death by a mob in West Bengal's 24 Parganas (North) district today.

Barrackpore police commissionerate's deputy commissioner (detective) P Sudhakar said the two had gone to a nearby place in search of some extortionists.

As they were returning they were lynched to death by a mob who attacked them at Bokultala near Titagarh.

Sudhakar said the reason for the attack on the duo was being investigated.
