Two persons arrested, intoxicating gum recovered from them

Two persons have been arrested from Susthani More within the limits of Englishbazar police station in Malda district, the police said today.

Ten kg of gum found in poppy seeds which is used as an intoxicating substance was recovered from them.

Both of them are residents of Majompur in Kaliachak area.

The gum is sold for Rs 60,000 per kg.
