Two suspicious persons were arrested from Noida by the West Bengal police, Uttar Pradesh police said here.
"West Bengal police had detained a suspicious person on December 16-17 and had got information that one of his aide is in UP. They had come and arrested one from Noida and took them on transit demand to West Bengal on Dec 19," IG, law and order, A Satish Ganesh told PTI.
Ganesh was responding to a question regarding arrest of two terrorists form Noida by the ATS.
About their names and other background, the officer said that they were not aware of it much and "WB police could tell more about it".
"We only assisted them", he added.
