Khan, earlier produced as a prosecution witness, has turned hostile. Today, while testifying on alleged phone conversation between Danger (one of the accused) and another person about the murder, he did not back CBI's case, the lawyer said.
"Khan did not confirm CBI's story that Danger used his mobile phone for talking with another person about Shehla's murder," said the defence lawyer.
Shehla was shot dead in front of her house in Bhopal on August 16, 2011.
