Rapper Tyga is suing his landlord for alleged breach of contact.
On Monday, a court ordered that the 25-year-old rapper, who was not present at the hearing, should pay the owner of his Calabasas home USD 70,000 as well as move out of the property, reported People magazine.
Tyga's lawyer argued that his client put down USD 200,000 towards the purchase of the house and said he is suing the landlord for breaching the contract and not allowing the "Rack City" hitmaker to obtain the property.
