Rapper Tyga is suing his landlord for alleged breach of contact.

On Monday, a court ordered that the 25-year-old rapper, who was not present at the hearing, should pay the owner of his Calabasas home USD 70,000 as well as move out of the property, reported People magazine.

Tyga's lawyer argued that his client put down USD 200,000 towards the purchase of the house and said he is suing the landlord for breaching the contract and not allowing the "Rack City" hitmaker to obtain the property.

Earlier this year, the rapper was ordered to pay a separate landlord of his former home USD 80,000 in back rent.

He was warned in a court hearing that he must pay out by the end of June in order to avoid paying the full amount, which came to USD 124,000 when interest on the payments were added.
