British High Commissioner to India Dominic Asquith on Monday met Gujarat chief minister Vijay Rupani at his residence in Gandhinagar and discussed ways to enhance cooperation.
A state government release informed that Rupani and Asquith spoke on cooperation in water management, education, health, sustainable development, startups and innovations.
It said the CM invited United Kingdom to participate in the next edition of Vibrant Gujarat Summit which will be held in January 2021. UK was a partner country for Vibrant Gujarat 2017.
Earlier in the day, Asquith visited Gandhi Ashram on the banks of Sabarmati river here.
