UP CM approves Rs 82.79L financial aid for 57 people suffering

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has approved a financial aid of Rs 82.79 lakh to 57 people suffering from various serious ailments in the state.

A spokesperson of the government today said a decision had been taken to extend financial assistance to those suffering from serious ailments such as cancer, brain tumour, heart diseases, hepatitis B and C, multiple sclerosis and kidney stone.

So far, financial assistance to the tune of Rs 8.41 crore have been given to 737 people by the chief minister, he added.
