In a minor reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government today transferred eight IPS, including district police chiefs, an official spokesman said here.
Jhansi SSP Manoj Tiwari has been shifted to Saharanpur. He would be replaced by SP, Barabanki, Abdul Hameed.
SSP, Saharnpur, Pradeep Yadav has been shifted as SP State Crime Records Bureau (SCRB). Commandant 30 PAC Raju Babu Singh has been transferred as SP Barabanki.
SP Lalitpur Mohd Imran has been transferred to Deoria replacing Prabhakar Chaudhary, who goes to Ballia. Vijay Kumar Garg, who was attached with DGP headquarters, has been posted as DIG personnel.
